CLEAN CONSTRUCTION SITE WITH NO WASTE

No building site components (heavy transport, cranes, cement mixers, etc.) are required to assemble SpeedyBRICK® modules and no cement or glue are needed either, producing no waste, dust or plaster remnants. The areas where objects are built using SpeedyBRICK® remain clean and are ready to be used immediately once assembly is complete.

EASY TO USE
AND QUICK TO BUILD

Building with SpeedyBRICK® is incredibly easy and does not require skilled labour. What’s more, assembling the modules is fast, clean and can be managed by anyone with a do-it-yourself approach, cutting down the time needed to complete the structures.

EASY SET UP FOR

TECHNICAL SYSTEMS

Besides facilitating the initial installation of technical systems, the ducts that run through the structures assembled with SpeedyBRICK® also make any maintenance work or the addition of new fixtures at a later date easy and clean to complete. In fact, no invasive demolition or renovation work is needed, as any channels that are still unoccupied inside the structure can be used.

REVERSIBLE AND REUSABLE CONSTRUCTIONS

When it comes to removing or making changes to a structure, objects built using SpeedyBRICK® are just as quick, easy and clean to dismantle as they were to assemble. As a result, no demolition, rubble removal or landfill of waste material is required. SpeedyBRICK® modules are fully recycled and are ready to be reused to build new structures, producing no waste or environmental impact whatsoever. Even the entire technical system can be recycled, as it is free from cement or other adhesives or materials.

COMPETITIVE COSTS

SpeedyBRICK® is a low-cost solution, both because of its simplicity and quick assembly, which needs no construction site or skilled workers, and because of the modules themselves, which can be manufactured using recycled materials. Constructions can be reversed by recycling the modules and installations, making the system even more cost-effective.

STRUCTURE FINISH

SpeedyBRICK® modules can also be manufactured in an unplastered finish, which means they do not require any further coating or treatment. Alternatively, objects can be dry coated with a variety of products on the market, still ensuring easy assembly, maintenance and the reversibility of the objects.

SCALABLE SOLUTION

The SpeedyBRICK® system does not impose limitations in terms of the size of modules or the type or layering of materials that can be used. This means that versions can be developed that are more geared towards the DIY consumer market, as well as versions in much larger sizes with higher static and insulation performance for the construction industry to build more complex buildings and structures. Even the proportion of the module dimensions can be adapted to suit the requirements of a particular project. The ‘brick’ type allows for the greatest flexibility in terms of the shapes that can be built, whilst modules that are longer in length or whose length is a multiple of the base module length are better for regular structures.

ANTI-SEISMIC RESISTANCE

With SpeedyBRICK® modules, walls can be built with openings (doors, windows, etc.) and overhangs without the need for further reinforcement. During assembly, deep beam structures form which, when subjected to bending pressure, are able to withstand shear stress because of the steel elements inside the modules. This steel reinforcement, which forms a key component of any object built with SpeedyBRICK®, ensures high structural resistance and superior anti-seismic properties.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

With SpeedyBRICK®, 30 % less material is used and modules can be manufactured from locally sourced, natural materials. The system’s environmental impact is also kept to a minimum as the modules can be manufactured in a variety of recycled materials (plastic, wood, rubble, etc.) and they do not need to be demolished (which would require more waste disposal), but rather can continually be dismantled and reused in new constructions.
